Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) in Poland to own features end-to-end from problem to production. You will work with AI agents as primary development partners, shaping architecture, integrations, and production readiness in a remote, international team.

You will independently drive initiatives, review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, and contribute to evolving AI-first development practices across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior-level engineering with end-to-end ownership of production systems.
• Backend engineer or software architect background.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) in daily work.
• Strong learning mindset and curiosity about AI-native software.
• Ownership mindset with ability to drive results independently.
• Strong English communication in a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
• Identify what needs to be built without strict specs and push initiatives.
• Engage with external partners, sandbox access, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with AI agents to draft specs and maintain quality.
• Review AI outputs and select robust technical solutions.
• Test and ensure reliability and correctness of financial systems.
• Own architecture, deployments, and production readiness.
• Contribute to evolving AI-first development processes.
