Qualifications

• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration to align engineering efforts toward common goals.
• Deep understanding of data processing principles for AI readiness.
• Expertise across multiple technology domains and ability to apply optimal tools.
• Proficiency with React, NestJS, and Neo4j (Cypher).
• Knowledge of governance/data tools: Snowflake, Collibra, Immuta, ABAC, GitLab CI/CD, dbt, REST API, YAML, data observability.
• Hands-on with agentic AI building and LLM workflows.
• Strong SDLC and software quality management practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic technical guidance for the data product tooling portfolio.
• Develop new components and ideas with a multidisciplinary team.
• Architectural advisory for AI-ready data products and enforcing domain boundaries.
• Lead design and rollout of agentic AI workflows for engineering teams.
• Advise stakeholders on technology and software development topics.
• Share knowledge globally and engage in site-related activities.
• Drive innovation and align solutions with technology trends.
