Roche Information Solutions (RIS) seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer for its Warsaw-based hub. You will own automated test frameworks across UI and API layers, drive quality gates, and integrate testing into CI/CD to support AI-first digital pathology platforms globally.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence about two days per week, with a focus on scalable test strategies and cross-functional collaboration across clinical and lab workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA automation experience with senior ownership of large test suites.
• Experience in regulated domains such as medical imaging, digital pathology, IVD, or clinical diagnostics is preferred.
• Strong focus on high-quality code, clean architecture and testing best practices.
• Fluent English in professional context.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and evolve automated test frameworks and quality gates.
• Design and implement UI and API test strategies and integration with CI/CD.
• Ensure reliability of clinical workflows across distributed environments.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed agile squad.
