This hands-on role focuses on building automated tests, defining standards, and embedding quality into the development process, using AI tooling to scale testing while ensuring patient safety.

The role is in a hybrid setup with in-office days required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering focusing on automation and quality.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement risk-based, layered testing strategy across unit/integration/API tests.
• Embed quality into daily engineering workflow through scripts, tooling, and reviews.
• Bootstrap Playwright automation patterns and reference implementations for teams.
