Roche Information Solutions (RIS) in Warsaw is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our hub on a co-located basis. The role focuses on building automated test frameworks for a cloud-native digital pathology platform, enabling AI-driven diagnostics and seamless data exchange with LIS and PACS systems.

You will own the automation strategy across UI and API tests, ensure test quality in a regulated domain, and work within a hybrid model averaging two days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional QA automation experience.
• Experience in regulated domains such as medical imaging, digital pathology, IVD, or clinical diagnostics is preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Problem-solving with analytical skills; ability to troubleshoot complex distributed issues and flaky test behavior.

Responsibilities

• Own, build and evolve automated test frameworks and quality gates.
• Define UI and API test layer strategies; strategy for algorithm orchestration and third-party integrations.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (ideally GitHub Actions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability of clinical workflows.
