Your role

As a Transformation Lead, you will drive end‑to‑end procurement transformation across Europe and APAC, leading the shift toward an AI‑first, platform‑enabled operating model. You will be accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes, ensuring strong governance, and enabling scalable, industrialized procurement services aligned with the global vision. Acting as a senior, client‑facing leader, you will drive executive engagement, support sales efforts, and strengthen sector‑led positioning, while integrating procurement with sustainability and legal to deliver holistic, future‑ready solutions.

Your tasks

• Lead large‑scale transformation programs covering Direct & Indirect Procurement, S2C, P2P, Supplier Management, and operating model redesign.
• Drive integrated Procurement, Sustainability, and Legal transformation initiatives.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes (EBITDA improvement, cost optimization, supply resilience, compliance and risk reduction, contract value realization).
• Act as executive escalation and transformation governance lead for strategic accounts.
• Support go‑to‑market and strategic growth by contributing to key pursuits and RFPs, engaging with executive clients, strengthening Capgemini’s positioning in AI‑first procurement transformation, collaborating with alliance partners, and supporting regional portfolio expansion and market differentiation initiatives.
• Drive leadership and talent development by mentoring future procurement transformation leaders, building regional capabilities, and strengthening leadership visibility below the executive level.

Your profile

• 15+ years of experience in Procurement transformation, consulting, or intelligent operations.
• Strong expertise across: S2C, P2P, Direct & indirect procurement, Operating model transformation, Shared services / GBS, Procurement technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated leadership of large international transformation programs.
• Strong executive stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of: AI / Agentic AI, Automation, Data‑driven procurement, Procurement analytics, Platform‑enabled delivery models.
• Strong commercial and solutioning acumen.
• Expertise and experience in one or several industrial sectors such as: Automotive, Manufacturing, CPRS, Life Sciences, Energy is a plus.
