Job summary

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. Own data products used for every credit and payments decision, spanning BNPL and acquiring & payments, while shaping agentic, AI-first delivery with guardrails and human‑in‑the‑loop.

You will translate business needs into buildable data-product specs, lead a small data consulting team, and collaborate with data engineering, ML and risk stakeholders to drive strategic ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management for data products or data platforms, including leading or coordinating technical and analytical teams.
• 3+ years of fintech, credit, lending or payments experience.
• Strong data-product strategy and roadmap ownership for feature stores and decisioning datasets.
• 2+ years of AI-first data-product leadership: agents with guardrails, evals, human-in-the-loop.

Responsibilities

• Own the data products used for credit and payments decisions across BNPL and Acquiring & Payments.
• Translate credit, underwriting, fraud and commercial needs into prioritized data-product specs and acceptance criteria.
• Align roadmap with platform capacity, feature-store architecture and delivery sequencing.
• Lead AI-first delivery, set guardrails, evals and human-in-the-loop for agentic data products.
• Define success metrics for the portfolio and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage capacity planning for up to 3 Data Consultants across two product lines.
