Job summary

InPost Pay, building its own fintech platform in Poland, seeks a seasoned Data Product Manager to own data products used in BNPL and payments decisions. You will drive feature stores, decisioning datasets and self-serve analytics, partnering with Data Engineering and ML teams. The role emphasizes AI-first delivery, guardrails and governance.

You will lead up to 3 Data Consultants, ensuring ROI-focused roadmaps across risk, credit and commercial teams within an agile, hybrid environment in Poland.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience turning data into products that influence decisions.
• Hands-on with SQL and data interrogation; AI is a daily tool.
• 5+ years in product management for data products or data platforms.
• Fintech, credit, lending or payments experience (3+ years).
• Fluent in point-in-time correctness, data lineage and self-serve enablement.
• Able to translate business and risk needs into buildable specs.
• Knowledge of regulations governing credit and payments data.
• Experience leading AI-first data-product teams (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for feature stores, decisioning and underwriting datasets.
• Define data-product specs and acceptance criteria for Data Eng and ML teams.
• Align roadmap with platform capacity and architecture.
• Lead AI-first data products with guardrails and human-in-the-loop.
• Define success metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Manage capacity planning for up to 3 Data Consultants.
