Job summary

SD Solutions is seeking an AI Engineering Manager in Tel Aviv to lead two Gen AI teams developing Nexxen's next-generation Conversational Agents designed for seamless platform integration.

You will mentor teams, shape roadmaps, and drive production-grade AI solutions across platforms, collaborating with developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python — A must!
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies — A must!
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing agentic workflows — an advantage.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph — an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams in developing conversational agents. Manage the team roadmap, facilitate team building, and oversee software project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Work closely with different stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Lead the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
• Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.
