Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python – a must!
• Deep understanding of LLM core concepts including prompting and reasoning strategies – a must!
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing agentic workflows – an advantage.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
• Experience with Langchain or Langraph – an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams in developing conversational agents. Manage the team roadmap, facilitate team building, and oversee software project execution.
• Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders including developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes.
• Lead the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
• Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 6+ years of experience in building customer‑facing full‑stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Python – a must!
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies – a must!
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing agentic workflows – an advantage.
• Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
