Job summary

Arche Consulting in Poland seeks a senior AI and transformation leader to drive agentic AI programs across Order-to-Deliver processes, design end-to-end architectures and governance. You will collaborate with clients across multiple geographies, lead strategic initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.

The role emphasizes hybrid work with about 40% office presence, global client engagement, and a focus on delivering tangible business value through AI-driven transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience with at least 5 years in technology transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes including order management, logistics, global trade management and customer service.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of AI technologies and their enterprise applications (GenAI, agentic AI).
• Ability to structure complex problems and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder interests at management level.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agentic AI projects, including strategy, roadmaps, value creation, and operating model design.
• Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures (logistics, order management, TMS/OMS).
• Define interaction models between AI agents, humans and enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OMS, TMS).
• Establish scalable data, model and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
• Identify and implement O2D use cases balancing AI fluency with domain knowledge.

Job description

• Driving Agentic AI projects, including (but not limited to) AI strategy, roadmap development[CG1] , value creation, and operating model design, commercial and tech assessments.
• Design end-to-end agent-based supply chain architectures spanning Logistics, Order Management, global trade management, customer service.
• Define interaction models between AI agents, human decision-makers and enterprise systems
• Integrate AI capabilities with ERP and supply chain platforms (SAP S/4HANA, OMS, TMS etc.)
• Establish scalable data, model and governance frameworks to support AI solution development and deployment
• Identification and implementation of O2D specific use cases, balancing technical AI fluency with deep domain knowledge.
• Supporting business development, including leading preparation of pitches and presentations, working closely with internal/external stakeholders, clients across the organization.
• Supporting AI initiatives and go-to-market for variety of sectors.
• Collaborating across company practices and geographies to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions.
• Contributing to practice development initiatives, supporting our focus on creating a great workplace (e.g., upskilling broader team on AI).

Requirements:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience with 5 years of experience developing and executing technology transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Deliver processes (order management, logistics, global trade management, customer service).
• Business strategic thinking combined with understanding of AI technologies (e.g. machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI) and their business applications.
• Ability to structure and solve complex problems and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with stakeholders at the managerial level, managing diverse interests and expectations.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English language in both spoken and written form.
• Ability to travel.

Additional assets:

• One or more industry-recognized AI technologies certificates (e.g. Google, Oracle, Microsoft Azure or equivalent).
• Experience with: GenAI / LLMs (agent frameworks, copilots), Agentic frameworks (multi-agent orchestration, decision engines)
• Experience in change management, business analysis and process transformations.
• Hybrid work model - approximately 40% of your time spent in the office (around 8-9 days per month), with the remainder working remotely.
