Job summary

Link Group is seeking an AI/ML engineer to design and build GenAI applications, with hands-on PoC development and rapid industrialization into production systems.

You will collaborate with international product teams, develop AI agents, and integrate LLMs via RESTful APIs and microservices, emphasizing clean code and thorough testing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Software Engineer focused on Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience building RAG architectures, enterprise assistants, and multi-agent systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen).
• Strong API design and integration skills (REST APIs, WebSockets, Python/FastAPI/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) for AI deployment pipelines.
• Ability to scale PoCs into secure, production-grade systems and maintain technical documentation.
• Design & Build end-to-end GenAI apps, AI agents, and custom RAG services for complex business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deep hands-on experience building RAG architectures , enterprise assistants , and multi-agent systems (e.g., using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or similar).
• Strong API design and integration skills (REST APIs, WebSockets, Python/FastAPI/Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes) applied to AI deployment pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to scale and industrialize PoCs into secure, stable, and high-performance production systems.
• Strong commitment to writing clean code, unit/integration testing, and maintaining technical documentation.
• Design & Build: Develop end-to-end GenAI applications, specialized AI agents, and custom RAG services tailored to complex business needs.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases into existing system architectures via RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Prototyping to Industrialization: Move rapidly from Proof of Concept (PoC) and prototype stages to reliable, scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions.
• CI/CD & MLOps: Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for deployment, testing, monitoring, and performance evaluation of AI workflows.
• Documentation: Produce clean, scalable code and maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, API specifications, and operational processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with international product teams, software developers, and stakeholders—communicating fluently in both English and French.
