Job summary

NN Poland is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to turn AI ambition into measurable value. You will shape NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, lead the AI Center of Excellence, and manage a portfolio of AI initiatives.

This role blends strategy, governance, and hands-on delivery with a focus on business value and safe, scalable AI adoption. You will co-create and operationalise our strategy, lead an engineering and architecture team, and collaborate with NN Group internationally to drive production-ready

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in data, AI, technology or digital transformation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience leading cross-functional AI or Data & AI initiatives and aligning stakeholders around priorities and decisions.
Advanced English (C1) and Polish language proficiency; ability to communicate with expert and leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

Co-create and operationalise NN Poland's Data & AI strategy, roadmap and operating model.
Lead the AI Enablement Team and allocate resources for AI engineering, architecture and delivery capabilities.
Manage the AI CoE budget and investments to maximise value and cost efficiency.
Define reusable AI/ML architecture patterns, delivery standards and governance requirements.
Drive AI incubation, experimentation and PoC/PoV delivery; evaluate data readiness and feasibility.
Collaborate with NN Group and international Data & AI communities.
