Nationale-Nederlanden Poland in Warsaw seeks an AI Enablement Lead to turn AI ambition into measurable value for customers and business. You will shape how NN Poland selects, builds and scales responsible AI solutions, guiding teams from promising ideas to production-ready outcomes.
You will lead the AI Center of Excellence, manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, collaborate with NN Group and international data communities, and drive adoption with governance, cloud platforms and MLOps.

High‑impact role combining strategy, technology, governance, investment decisions and people leadership, with a clear focus on business value, safe delivery and AI adoption at scale. You will co‑create and operationalise our Data & AI strategy, lead the AI Center of Excellence and manage an organisation‑wide portfolio of AI initiatives.
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer, you will work in a highly cross‑functional environment with business leaders, Data, IT Architecture, Security, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Data Governance teams, as well as NN Group and international Data & AI communities.
You bring 5-8 years of experience in data, AI, technology or digital transformation, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
You have led cross‑functional AI or Data & AI initiatives and can align business, technology and governance stakeholders around clear priorities and decisions.
You understand practical AI/ML, generative AI and agentic AI, including architecture, cloud and data platforms, MLOps/LLMOps and the challenges of moving solutions into production.
You can identify, assess and prioritise AI opportunities based on business value, feasibility, cost, risk and strategic alignment.
You understand how to balance innovation with responsible AI, security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
You have experience supporting innovation, experimentation, PoC/PoV delivery or technology incubation programs, helping organisations move from concepts to scalable solutions.
You communicate confidently at expert and leadership level, support change and capability building, and are fluent in Polish with advanced English (C1).
Experience in a financially regulated, insurance or similarly complex environment.
Hands‑on familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Databricks or comparable AI platforms and tools.
A Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in AI, computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, technology management or a related field.
