Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior MarTech Solution Architect to define and enable the future of the marketing technology ecosystem. You will lead architecture across business, data, and technology domains, shaping strategic roadmaps and ensuring scalable, AI-enabled capabilities.

Collaborating with Product Managers and senior leaders, you will define target-state architectures, governance, and secure, compliant integrations.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems including CRM, CDP, CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics, identity and consent.
• Strong architecture modelling across business, data, integration and technology domains.
• Proven experience delivering current-state and target-state architectures and migration strategies.
• Experience developing multi-year transformation roadmaps with product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the MarTech architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Develop future-state architectures aligned to priorities and standards.
• Translate architecture into phased multi-year delivery roadmaps and investment plans.
• Produce capability maps, architecture blueprints and transformation roadmaps.
