You’ll manage platform health, data flows, and automation while collaborating with product, design, and education teams in a hybrid Warsaw office.

You’ll apply broad technical fluency to design practical solutions, lead multi‑month projects, and ensure data integrity, privacy, and scalable reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
• Experience with WordPress/LearnDash LMS.
• Strong CRM/Marketing Cloud experience.
• Knowledge of GA4 and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Platform & systems management: manage LMS WordPress/LearnDash, CRM and Marketing Cloud, and data flows.
• Campaign execution: build and launch email campaigns in SFMC and track performance.
• Technical bridge: write specs, QA, and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across global teams.
• AI development: explore AI tooling to automate reporting and processes.
