Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs within the AI-Native Cyber Resilience initiative. The role focuses on connecting technical execution with risk reduction and business value by embedding AI-driven optimization into security practices.

You will manage complex program portfolios, establish governance, and ensure high-priority vulnerabilities are resolved efficiently.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in delivery management or program governance in cybersecurity.
Experience delivering enterprise Application Security initiatives.
Knowledge of AI-enabled security workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of enterprise Application Security programs from inception through execution and closure.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, risks, governance, and financial performance metrics.
Integrate AI-driven workflows into security processes to enhance threat detection and remediation speed.
Establish processes for triaging findings and prioritizing remediation by business impact.
Drive vulnerability management automation to reduce risk exposure.
Set governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility.
Present KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmap outcomes to executives and boards.
Manage cross-functional engineering and operations teams for delivery excellence.
