Job summary

Xebia, a global AI-first digital transformation partner, seeks an experienced Salesforce developer for a six-month project with a leading client in the media sector. You will extend Salesforce solutions, optimize Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and build scalable, user-friendly interfaces using Lightning App Builder and Flow.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years with Salesforce development, Apex, SOQL, and certification, plus hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial experience in Salesforce development.
• minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud or Sales Cloud (deep, demonstrable specialisation in at least one of the two).
• apex development: classes, triggers, SOQL, asynchronous processing, governor limits, unit tests,
• building screens and user interfaces in Salesforce: Lightning App Builder, Lightning record pages, console apps, Screen Flows,
• salesforce automation tooling: Flow (screen, record-triggered, scheduled), validation rules, approval - Certification: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or equivalent proven experience),
• practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision‑making in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• joining a project planned for approximately 6 months with the possibility of further collaboration.
• developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions for a leading client.
• building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly Salesforce applications.
• collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• contributing to the continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform and applying modern development approaches.
