• Experience in QA automation, software engineering, digital delivery or change management.
• Practical experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and/or Android, using tools such as Appium.
• Good programming skills in Java and/or Python. Understanding of test automation, testing lifecycle and quality engineering practices.
• Awareness of automation framework design, maintenance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support QA automation delivery across web and mobile platforms; partner with business, technology, QA and delivery teams to improve testing efficiency, coverage and quality.
• Contribute to digital delivery by applying automation-first and engineering-led testing practices.
• Explore and support AI-enabled QA solutions, including AI Agent use cases for Business QA.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to QA colleagues and support automation and AI capability uplift.
• Assist in resolving automation issues and improving test stability and execution reliability.
• Support the adoption, use, and continuous improvement of the Change Execution AI Assistant (CEAIA).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver automation outcomes aligned to project priorities, timelines, and quality goals.
• Support continuous improvement of test approaches, tooling, reporting, and quality engineering practices.
• Contribute to the adoption of scalable and maintainable automation solutions across digital products and journeys.
