HSBC Technology Poland seeks experienced professionals to shape, deliver, and continuously improve Avaloq-based testing solutions. You will lead automated test development for the GPB Core Banking Platform and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining operational stability across the testing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong testing background with test automation experience.
• Experience with Avaloq platform, including scripting and DDIC.
• Ability to design IT solutions aligned with customer needs and designs.
• Proven debugging and problem-solving skills; ensure test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Build test automation capability for the GPB Core Banking Platform (Avaloq).
• Lead the design and development of an Avaloq Test Suite with high automation coverage, continually optimising and extending it.
• Keep automation levels consistently optimised to minimise manual intervention across testing and operational lifecycles, including selecting tools to maximise performance.
• Ensure products and services meet all mandatory and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Be responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the pod activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly.
• Be accountable for the platform’s operational stability, integrity, and availability.
• Functionally manage the team to ensure the automation suite is delivered and operated in line with customer needs
