Sii Poland is seeking an experienced QA/Test Engineer to drive automated testing for banking systems, focusing on customer communications and document management. You will execute functional, automated, and performance tests, report defects, and ensure quality across departments.

Responsibilities include test planning, data preparation, tool enhancement, and maintaining test environments, while collaborating with developers and business stakeholders. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automated testing experience.
• Hands-on with Playwright or Selenium.
• Practical SoapUI experience and functional testing.
• Ability to produce test reports and maintain test docs.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence and test planning.
• SQL querying skills and data verification.
• Familiar with TDD/BDD approaches.
• Fluent Polish and strong English (min B2).

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, automated, and performance tests per requirements.
• Identify, analyze, and report defects and track resolutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure software quality.
• Verify delivered solutions meet technical and business criteria.
• Prepare and maintain test data and documentation for execution.
