Job summary

Spyro Soft is seeking a Manual Tester to join a UK-financial-sector project, delivering business-critical applications in highly regulated environments. You will apply solid testing expertise alongside an AI-driven QA approach to improve processes and efficiency.

You will use Generative AI solutions and AI agents to enhance test design, analysis, and knowledge management, shaping QA practices for financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manual testing experience.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and defect management.
• Experience creating test cases, test scenarios, and test reports.
• Knowledge of UK banking processes (payments, onboarding, accounts, loans, etc.).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent English (B2+/C1).
• Practical experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT in QA activities.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Document test results and report defects.
• Validate business requirements and identify risks.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Compliance teams.
• Support Agile delivery processes.
• Leverage AI tools to improve test design, analysis, reporting, and knowledge management.
• Identify opportunities for QA process improvements and AI adoption.
