Bain & Company is seeking a seasoned Product Manager for the Growth AI Performance System. This role spans the agentic core and interface, balancing strategic product direction with hands-on execution within a fast-moving environment.

You will own the platform roadmap across marketing ROI, brand strategy, and pricing analytics, while engaging senior client stakeholders to shape the future of the platform. Strong technical fluency and business judgment are essential.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in product management roles, including AI-powered, data platform, or developer-facing products.
• Direct product leadership experience with teams delivering AI/ML-enabled features.
• Experience owning a shared platform roadmap used by multiple downstream teams.
• Experience with client-facing or consulting-adjacent product environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Growth AI Performance System Agentic Core and Interface roadmap for 6–12 months.
• Translate requirements from three product module teams into a coherent platform backlog.
• Define capabilities for agentic workflows, retrieval/knowledge, and evaluation infrastructure.
• Prioritize decisions at pace and communicate rationale to engineering and leadership.
• Own platform documentation, feature specifications, APIs, and onboarding materials.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to present platform direction and gather requirements.
