Sword is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Technology organization. This role sits in the middle of everything, spanning all of Sword’s care solutions.

You’ll work across member‑facing experiences and shape AI‑native products that feel personal, simple and always there, using AI daily to prototype and ship faster. You’ll own outcomes, drive roadmaps, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact across teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management (Senior) or 7+ years (Staff), with a track record of shipping consumer or member‑facing products.
• Strong in discovery, prioritization, lean delivery and simplifying complex problems into intuitive experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to align diverse teams around goals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the outcome end to end; define roadmap and execution for a member‑facing area across all care solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, clinical, data and growth teams to unify experiences.
• Build AI‑native experiences as the foundation of how members get care and stay engaged.
• Run continuous discovery; read member feedback and let evidence drive priorities.
• Prototype, experiment and iterate quickly; measure activation, engagement and retention.
• Make hard calls; prioritize ruthlessly and communicate decisions clearly.
• Write crisp docs and keep stakeholders informed with transparent roadmaps.
