Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking an experienced IT Operations Architect to shape the architecture of an AI-powered IT Operations product. This role collaborates with product, engineering, operations and security teams to define scalable solutions integrating workflow automation, AI-assisted capabilities and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise IT operations and IT service management solutions.
• Knowledge of incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
• Experience designing automation and AI-enabled solutions, including orchestration and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for IT operations and ITSM processes.
• Design orchestration capabilities with automation and AI services.
• Establish AI governance, permissions, and oversight.
• Develop AI-assisted solutions across chat, email, and voice channels.
• Define knowledge management architecture and information lifecycle processes.
• Create architecture documentation and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architectural leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
