Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-scale AI-Native Cyber Resilience initiative. You will connect technical execution with risk reduction and business value by embedding AI-driven optimization into security practices, managing complex portfolios, governance, and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in delivery management or program governance in cybersecurity, esp. AppSec initiatives
• Industry certifications such as CSSLP, CISM, CISSP or equivalent senior credential
• Strong understanding of SDLC, vulnerability management, and risk quantification
• Experience implementing AI-enabled or automated security workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of enterprise Application Security programs from inception through execution and closure
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, risks, governance, and financial metrics
• Integrate AI-driven workflows into security processes to enhance threat detection and remediation speed
• Triaging security findings, validating exploitability, and prioritizing remediation by business impact
• Drive automation of vulnerability management to reduce risk exposure
• Set governance and reporting standards for enterprise security posture visibility
• Present program KPIs, risk metrics, and roadmaps to executives and boards
• Manage cross-functional engineering and operations teams for delivery excellence
