Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw seeks a Search & GEO Content Specialist to scale Oral Care Europe’s content engine across brands and markets. You will work at the intersection of content ops, SEO, GEO, and AI-driven discovery, ensuring high-quality content moves from idea to publication.

You’ll collaborate with agencies, market teams and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving while optimizing for discoverability and performance. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in content operations, digital content management, SEO, website content coordination, or a similar field.
• Experience working with agencies and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English language.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the central repository of SEO and GEO content assets across brands, markets and websites.
• Keep content trackers and dashboards accurate, actionable and up to date.
• Provide clear visibility on content progress, priorities, risks and next steps.
• Coordinate content creation, translation, legal review and publication processes.
• Partner with agencies, market teams and website owners to keep projects moving.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring content reaches consumers quickly and effectively.
