Vstorm is seeking a Content Engineer in Wroclaw to design and automate content pipelines, interview engineers, and turn non-public expertise into trusted content. This builder role owns strategy and tooling.

You will produce blogs, ebooks, newsletters, and guides, ensure content is discoverable, and actively participate in communities. Hybrid work, competitive PLN compensation, and opportunities to explore AI tools are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating written content in a B2B/tech environment.
• Automation-first mindset, building workflows and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in content planning and workflow-building.
• Understanding of how LLMs and AI agents function and collaborate with engineers.
• Understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals for content discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own written content end-to-end, including research for articles, lead magnets, ebooks, newsletters, and guides.
• Extract non-public knowledge from experts and turn it into finished pieces.
• Make content discoverable and citable in SEO/GEO contexts and AI-generated answers.
• Actively participate in communities and manage content distribution on diverse platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain AI-assisted workflows and tooling for content production.
• Experiment with new AI tools and techniques to improve quality and speed.
