Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. seeks a Content Design & AI Readiness Specialist to optimize technical content for AI applications. You will govern AI-driven content, improve chatbot and voice-processing accuracy, and collaborate with experts to align metadata and governance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in IT, Computational Linguistics, Technical Documentation, or related field.
• 5+ years of Knowledge Management or Technical Documentation experience.
• 3+ years of conversational AI experience.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools, LLMs, prompt engineering, and speech tech.
• Python scripting is highly desirable, for data manipulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structured, machine-readable technical content for generative AI platforms.
• Enhance content discoverability by managing metadata, synonyms, and prompt libraries.
• Improve voice bot accuracy by tuning ASR models and phonetic lexicons.
• Collaborate with SMEs to align taxonomy and content governance across teams.
• Provide training on AI tools, content structuring, and best practices.
