Job summary
PwC Poland’s DIPA team, over 50 people strong, supports the entire intelligent automation lifecycle for clients worldwide, delivering RPA, AI and Conversational AI projects. As AI Delivery Manager, you will own complex AI and automation initiatives while aiding sales and business development to shape scalable outcomes.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams, translate business needs into delivery plans and drive R&D initiatives across low-code and pro-code technologies, including UiPath, Power
Qualifications
- 6+ years in technology consulting, AI, automation or software delivery.
- Proven ability to manage complex client projects with budgets and timelines.
- Experience with agile, hybrid and waterfall delivery methods.
- Experience in sales or business development and client discussions.
- Familiar with low-code and pro-code AI/automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects with quality, timelines and budget accountability.
- Manage governance, RAID logs, status reporting, changes and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure production-ready, secure and maintainable solutions with proper handover.
- Support sales through opportunity shaping, proposals and presentations.
- Mentor delivery teams across analysis, engineering and architecture.
