Job summary

PwC Polska's DIPA team is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead complex AI, automation and digital transformation projects for international clients, combining delivery leadership with sales support.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, design AI-enabled solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern stacks, and ensure on-time, budget-conscious delivery with high quality. Hybrid work available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology consulting, AI, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex client projects with budgets and timelines.
• Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methods; backlog management.
• Experience in sales or business development, including proposals and client discussions.
• Familiarity with low-code and pro-code technologies and AI capabilities.
• Strong English; excellent presentation and stakeholder management.

• Manage governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure production-ready, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Support sales through opportunity shaping and proposals.

• Drive R&D, PoCs, and accelerators across AI and low-code platforms.
• Design solutions using UiPath, Power Platform, n8n, Azure AI, and APIs.
• Coach delivery teams across business analysis, engineering, architecture.
• Stay updated on AI trends and client industry developments.

PwC Poland’s DIPA (Digital Intelligent Process Automatization) team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the intelligent automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and worldwide. Our team specializes in implementing RPA, AI and Conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots.

AI Delivery Manager

As an AI Delivery Manager, you will combine ownership of complex AI, automation and digital transformation projects with sales support and business development activities. You will help clients design and implement AI-enabled automation solutions using both low-code and pro-code technologies, while leading multidisciplinary teams and translating business needs into scalable, high-quality delivery outcomes.

Your future role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, automation and digital transformation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, budget and client satisfaction,
• Manage project governance, delivery plans, RAID logs, status reporting, change requests, dependencies and stakeholder communication,
• Ensure delivered solutions are production-ready, maintainable, secure and aligned with agreed acceptance criteria and operational handover requirements,
• Support sales and business development through opportunity shaping, client discussions, proposals and solution presentations,
• Translate client business challenges into practical AI, automation and technology roadmaps,
• Drive R&D initiatives, proof-of-concepts and accelerators across AI, low-code and pro-code solutions,
• Design solutions using technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, n8n, Azure AI, Copilot-based solutions, agentic AI, Conversational AI, OCR, machine learning, APIs and custom software components,
• Lead, coach and develop delivery teams across business analysis, engineering, architecture and project coordination roles,
• Stay current with AI, automation, low-code/pro-code trends and client industry developments.

Apply if you have

• 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, AI, automation, digital transformation or software delivery,
• Proven experience managing complex client projects, including scope, budget, timelines, risks, stakeholders and outcomes,
• Strong practical knowledge of project delivery methods, including agile, hybrid and waterfall approaches, backlog management, sprint planning, acceptance testing and release coordination,
• Experience in sales or business development, including client needs analysis, opportunity shaping, proposals and senior stakeholder presentations,
• Ability to support pre-delivery activities such as needs clarification, solution scoping, estimation and proposal input, without being primarily responsible for sales targets,
• Strong understanding of current AI, automation, low-code and pro-code technologies,
• Experience with low-code and automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps and n8n,
• Experience with modern software development technologies such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, .NET, FastAPI, Node.js, React, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud services, databases, vector databases and integration patterns,
• Understanding of AI capabilities such as generative AI, agentic AI, Conversational AI, machine learning, OCR, document understanding, chatbots, copilots and AI-assisted automation,
• Experience leading R&D, proof-of-concepts or innovation initiatives and turning them into reusable assets or client-ready offerings,
• Experience leading teams, developing people and collaborating across business, sales, technology and client leadership roles,
• Good understanding of technology economics, including licensing, delivery models, cloud costs and automation business cases,
• Fluent English,
• Very good presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills,
• Willingness to travel when required.

Nice to have

• Additional language skills, particularly German,
• Relevant certifications in project management, cloud technologies, AI, automation or agile methodologies.
