Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science in Warsaw, Poland. You will join the DSAA team to advance drug development with advanced analytics, AI/ML, and multi-modal data integration.

You will lead exploratory and confirmatory analyses across clinical trial data, genomics, proteomics, imaging, and other biomarker modalities. The role emphasizes hands-on modeling, scalable pipelines, collaboration with statisticians and clinicians, and advancing strategic data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 1+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years in industry.
• Strong experience in data science and statistical analysis on clinical or real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply computational methods for patient segmentation and biomarker discovery from multimodal datasets.
• Execute data science analyses on clinical trial and real-world datasets including genomics, imaging, and omics data.
• Build reproducible data pipelines and scalable modeling processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to statistical analysis plans and validate predictive models for drug development.
• Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders with data visualizations.
