Job summary

Accenture in Poland is expanding its AI Centre of Excellence, building scalable data pipelines and AI solutions with cloud platforms and a cross‑functional team of data scientists and engineers. The role emphasizes SQL proficiency, ETL implementation, and data modeling across modern RDBMS and Data Vault techniques.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with relational or analytical databases, applying SQL for development, testing, debugging and performance optimization.
• Within that experience, at least 1 year designing or implementing ETL processes and data integration using enterprise ETL tools for large or complex data sets.
• Exposure to data modelling and architecture: creating conceptual, logical and physical data models using dimensional, relational or Data Vault techniques.
• Expert-level SQL skills in major RDBMS/EDW such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Teradata, or DB2.
• Solid understanding of dimensional modelling, normalized/relational modelling and Data Vault approaches.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT toolsets (SAS Data Integration Studio, IBM DataStage, Informatica).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS) and related data pipelines and storage.
• Bonus: familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hive, Spark, NiFi, HBase, HDFS, Kafka, Kudu.
• Programming scripting skills (SQL-centric plus Python/R/SAS) to support data transformation and analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail; professional English and willingness to travel.

• Work in agile, cross‑functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.
• Willingness to travel to client locations across Europe as required.
