Antal is seeking an experienced AI Architect to drive the technical direction of AI-assisted software delivery. This role blends hands-on AI engineering with solution architecture and leadership to shape agent-based workflows and modern AI tooling.

The ideal candidate will design AI architectures, integrate Claude and MCP tooling, and set standards for security and governance while guiding engineering teams through adoption and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing AI architectures and hands-on AI engineering.
• Advanced practical experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Solid understanding of agent design, context management, and tool integration.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Strong software engineering background and modern delivery practices.

Responsabilités

• Design AI architectures and agent workflows for AI-assisted delivery.
• Define how Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and spec tooling are used.
• Assess business use cases and recommend effective AI-driven solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with repos, docs, tickets, and pipelines.
• Establish standards for reliability, security, governance, and AI evaluation.
• Create reusable patterns and implementation guidance.
• Provide technical leadership and enable adoption across teams.
