Job summary

Newxel is seeking a senior PM to drive the design and delivery of AI agents across our business functions. You will own the agent portfolio, translate business needs into actionable agent specifications, and oversee the factory that builds and maintains agents.

You will collaborate with sales, recruitment operations, and product leadership to align roadmaps with business goals. The role requires 5+ years in software project management, experience with LLM agents or AI automation, and strong

Qualifications

5+ years in project or program management for software teams.
At least 1.5 years in LLM agents, AI automation, or ML.
Experience designing LLM agents at architecture level.
Proven capability to map processes with stakeholders and write specs.
Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own the agent portfolio, with business owner, state and plan.
Define discovery/specifications, architecture-level design, and acceptance criteria.
Build the agent factory process: intake, spec, build, testing, release, monitoring.
Define the R&D delivery plan across platform, client-facing product and portfolio.
Lead recruitment operations and retention for agent builders.
