Job summary

Antal is seeking an experienced AI Architect to drive the technical direction of AI-assisted software delivery. This role blends hands-on AI engineering with solution architecture and leadership to shape agent-based workflows and modern AI tooling.

The ideal candidate will design AI architectures, integrate Claude and MCP tooling, and set standards for security and governance while guiding engineering teams through adoption and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing AI architectures and hands-on AI engineering.
• Advanced practical experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Solid understanding of agent design, context management, and tool integration.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Strong software engineering background and modern delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI architectures, agent workflows, and supporting engineering tooling.
• Define how Claude, Claude Code, MCP, and specification tooling are used across software delivery.
• Assess business use cases and recommend the most effective AI‑driven solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with repositories, documentation, ticketing systems, and delivery pipelines.
• Establish standards for reliability, security, governance, and AI evaluation.
• Create reusable technical patterns, best practices, and implementation guidance.
• Provide technical leadership and support adoption across engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI architecture and hands‑on AI engineering.
• Advanced practical experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Solid understanding of agent design, context management, and tool integration.
• Proven experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations.
• Strong software engineering background and knowledge of modern delivery practices.
• Understanding of AI evaluation, security, governance, and operational risks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly Valued Experience

• OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, AzForge, or similar specification tooling.
• Multi‑agent architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Defining AI engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience working within enterprise or regulated environments.
