Job summary

Workai seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement the backbone of our AI-Native platform research project. You will manage Azure cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and multi-tenant infrastructure for enterprise AI services.

Applicants should have 5+ years in senior cloud/DevOps roles, strong DevOps/MLOps experience with production pipelines, and fluency in Polish and English. Role requires on-site presence in Białystok with periodic remote work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in senior or lead role in cloud solutions architecture or DevOps
• Experience in DevOps/DevSecOps/MLOps with production CI/CD pipelines in Azure
• Familiar with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Cosmos DB, Search, Service Bus, SQL)
• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services, microservices and API management
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS context isolation, resource mgmt and access policies
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Azure-based cloud environments for MCP Graph Broker backbone.
• Configure multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms.
• Translate research into scalable, architecturally sound infrastructure for enterprise AI systems.
• Develop and validate Security & Reliability Frameworks for MCP in enterprise environments.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for design & implementation backbone of our AI-Native platform research project.

You’ll work onAzure cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, multi-tenant infrastructure, AIservice integrations, and reliability mechanisms for agentic systems.

As part of our team, you will:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge ofcloud computing, system integration, and software development,
• Design and maintain cloud environments onMicrosoft Azure that serve asthe experimental backbone for the MCP Graph Broker,
• Configure and validate multi-tenant isolation, load balancing, and real-time monitoring mechanisms, ensuring that research onthe Orchestration Layer translates into architecturally sound, scalable solutions,
• Design and implement algorithms for the Security & Reliability Framework for MCP –one ofthe first implementations ofits kind for enterprise environments inPoland.

Requirements

• At least 5years ofexperience inasenior orlead role, orin cloud solutions architecture,
• Experience inone ofthe following areas: DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps –deployment and monitoring inproduction environments using CI/CD pipelines and/or Azure MLCI/CD pipelines,
• Familiarity with Azure services and best practices (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL),
• A solid understanding ofAzure cloud services, microservices, and API management,
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture –context isolation, resource management, and access policies inSaaS environments,
• Strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities,
• Fluency inPolish (C1+) and English (B2+), both spoken and written,
• Availability towork remotely with required on-site presence atour Białystok office (one week every 2–3 months),
• Higher technical education (computer science orrelated field).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge ofthe MCP (Model Context Protocol) protocol orsimilar context protocols, and practical use ofmachine learning tools/ML/AI APIs inproduction environments,
• Experience with enterprise system integration via API (Microsoft 365 Graph API, ServiceNow REST API) inthe role ofconnector orMCP integration developer,
• Azure certifications: Developer Associate (AZ-204), Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), orequivalent.
