Job summary

EPAM is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our GenAI development team in Poland. You will support Azure-based AI platforms, AKS environments, and enterprise-scale deployments with a strong focus on security and governance.

You will own cloud pipelines, collaborate with development, security, and QA groups, and help scale AI services such as Azure AI Search (Foundry) and related tools. Hybrid remote work within Poland is available along with relocation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on production experience with Azure, AKS, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry).
• Experience with n8n and LangSmith.
• Knowledge of WAFs, firewalls, and Private Links.
• Experience in secure enterprise environments with governance controls.
• Experience supporting production systems through ticket-driven processes.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our GenAI development team and support the delivery and operation of cloud-based AI solutions in a secure enterprise environment. The team develops and maintains Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and AI-powered applications leveraging Azure AI services and modern cloud technologies. This role combines hands-on work with Azure-based services and platforms, operational ownership, and cross-team coordination, working closely with the development team to support AI platforms and applications running on Azure while operating within enterprise processes, security requirements, and operational constraints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on production experience with Azure, Azure DevOps, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Proficiency in Azure AI Search and AI Services (Foundry)
• Experience with n8n and LangSmith
• Knowledge of WAFs, firewalls, and Private Links
• Experience working in secure enterprise environments with restricted access and governance controls
• Experience supporting production systems through ticket-driven operational processes
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive tasks to completion
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
