Job summary

DataRiseLab is seeking a hands-on AI Architect & Consultant to design and implement production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will create AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations and RAG workflows, and integrate AI with enterprise data platforms.

The role combines architecture work with hands-on implementation, plus client consulting and presales. Polish and English proficiency are required; remote work with international clients across Europe is offered.

Qualifications

Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Hands-on experience in software engineering, AI, Machine Learning or data solutions.
Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications and RAG.
Understanding of AI agents, tool calling and agent orchestration.
Knowledge of Machine Learning, including regression, classification and forecasting.
Experience in designing and deploying production-grade cloud solutions.
Ability to combine architecture work with hands-on implementation.
Ability to move quickly from an idea to a working solution.
Strong ownership, curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies.
Practical experience using AI tools to improve engineering productivity and software delivery.
Ability to balance rapid experimentation with security, maintainability and production quality.
Good communication skills and experience working with technical and business stakeholders.
Good command of English.
Very good command of Polish.

Responsibilities

Designing and building production-grade AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Developing AI agents, multi-agent systems, MCP integrations and RAG solutions.
Integrating AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications and data platforms.
Building Machine Learning and forecasting solutions.
Rapidly creating prototypes and Proofs of Concept to validate ideas and technical assumptions.
Supporting projects from discovery and architecture through implementation and production deployment.
Working directly with clients and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Supporting presales, including solution concepts, effort estimates and technical proposals.
Using AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation and delivery.
Introducing new technologies, engineering practices and reusable patterns into client projects and internal delivery processes.
