Job summary

KUBO is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI solutions and agentic workflows. You will integrate GenAI assistants with current tooling and build robust RAG pipelines, embeddings, and evaluation processes.

You will work with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP, and apply MLOps practices across training, deployment, monitoring, and governance in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture.
• At least 5 years in AI/ML and hands‑on engineering.
• Strong background in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.

Job description

For our client, a Polish technology company specializing in technology consulting and developing business solutions, we are looking for an AI Architect.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and resilient AI solutions integrated with developer tooling
• Architect and implement GenAI assistants, RAG pipelines, MCP clients/servers, and agentic workflows
• Design AI components for IDE extensions, EMF-based models, code generators, and configuration pipelines
• Work with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, and custom fine-tuned models
• Build RAG solutions based on AUTOSAR and Non-AUTOSAR specifications, ARXML schemas, EMF metamodels, and domain-specific knowledge
• Implement AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and MCP
• Design and optimize ML models, embeddings, and AI evaluation processes
• Implement MLOps pipelines covering training, validation, inference, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Deploy and scale AI workloads using Docker and Kubernetes
• Work with vector databases and graph databases for semantic retrieval and reasoning
• Integrate AI services with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ensure security, governance, privacy, and observability of AI solutions
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, including at least 5 years of experience in AI/ML
• Strong professional experience in AI/ML architecture and hands‑on engineering
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and/or MCP
• Experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Hugging Face
• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of vector stores such as Milvus, Chroma, or Pinecone and graph databases such as Neo4j
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience designing enterprise-grade AI solutions with appropriate security and governance
