We are seeking a highly skilled and curious AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions across cloud platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy — from classical ML models to cutting‑edge Generative AI and agentic systems.
As a hands‑on architect, you’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience applying data‑driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
- Within this experience, at least 2 years should involve working with AI, generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Gen AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake for large‑scale data and AI workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
- Solid understanding of MLOps, LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and vector search.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Awareness of cloud security, networking, and access control best practices to ensure AI systems are robust, compliant, and enterprise‑ready.
- Excellent communication and solution design documentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross‑functional technical teams.
- Experience in leading or contributing to AI communities, organizing seminars, internal/external knowledge‑sharing sessions, hackathons, or technical workshops.
- Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the AI ecosystem.
