Job summary

O-I is seeking a triggered professional to contribute to customer experience transformation by identifying opportunities to improve commercial processes and delivering technology-enabled solutions. Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in AI, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Interest in data analytics, automation, and digital technologies.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tooling.
• Python or other programming languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial, IT, GBS, and external stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and identify solution opportunities.
• Analyze and map commercial processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate on the deployment and enhancement of CRM platforms, intelligent selling models, and other commercial technologies.
• Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and document business processes and solution designs.
• Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to users, ensuring successful adoption of new tools and processes.
• Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements to drive efficiency and improve the customer experience.
