Job summary

VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a technical background to join our eCommerce team on a contract basis in Poland. You will lead complex, high‑quality projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, driving Agile delivery, and ensuring on‑time delivery within budgets.

You will collaborate with the Programme Manager/Account Director, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor junior PMs while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven software development project management experience.
• eCommerce experience ideally within a retail environment.
• Proven experience managing re-platforming projects and owning the cutover process.
• Proven experience with scope control in project delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Provide solutions to issues and blockers to maintain flow.
• Produce accurate status reports on milestones, risks, and issues for stakeholders.
• Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
• Mentor and support junior project managers within the account.
