HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to own end-to-end SAP product delivery, define project scope and align with IT strategy. You will lead cross-functional Product Teams, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within an Agile framework.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and deep SAP/ERP expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP initiatives with roadmap and release management.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and understanding of landscape, modules, integrations and deployments.
  • Experience delivering end-to-end SAP product/platform projects with roadmaps and releases.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, milestones, resources and delivery quality for SAP projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and translate priorities into executable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management – business and technical.

  • Deliver the complete solution/product ensuring business value optimization.
  • Confirm business requirements, solution architecture and project boundaries with Product Teams.
  • Define and manage projects aligning with IT strategy and current products.
  • Monitor planning, progress, dependencies, risks and financials in Agile context.
  • Develop and manage execution, deployment and transition plans across teams.
  • Plan resources to meet project and program requirements.
  • Ensure alignment with D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and IT leads.
  • Drive projects in an Agile manner and promote collaboration and accountability.

Your Responsibilities Would Include
  • managing all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, in such a way that business value optimization is secured
  • confirming business requirements (Functional and non-Functional), solution architecture and defining the projects boundary and what is in and out of scope, including alignment with the Product Teams
  • defining and managing a project in order to optimize business valueensuring business requirements are translated into solutions and products that are in line with the IT strategy, enterprise architecture and current products within the Product Teams
  • monitoring and report on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials and risks in accordance with the Agile way of working
  • developing and managing the execution, deployment and transition plans across the Product Teams, functions and OpCosproactively identifying, managing and mitigating risks and impediments during the lifecycle of the project
  • defining, plan, request and secure resources/skills to meet project and programme requirements
  • ensuring a One way of Working within the Agile Project Management teamensuring (and monitor) that transitions in the business are guided professionally and in alignment with amongst others D&T, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and the Regional IT Leads and monitoring transition progress
  • driving and managing projects in an Agile manner
  • promoting and demonstrating core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an Agile ambassador).
You Are a Good Candidate If You Have
  • Master's degree
  • SAP / ERP knowledge – good understanding of SAP landscape, modules, integrations, environments, releases, upgrades, interfaces, and dependencies, understand how SAP delivery works.
  • Product & Platform Delivery – experience managing continuous development of an SAP product/platform, not only one-off implementation projects; roadmap, releases, enhancements, technical debt, lifecycle and operational improvements.
  • End-to-End Delivery Management – ownership of scope, planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources and delivery quality.
  • Product Owner collaboration – ability to work closely with Product Owners, translate product priorities into executable delivery plans and challenge priorities when capacity/budget does not support them.
  • Business Stakeholder Management – strong ability to work with business functions, understand requirements and priorities, manage expectations and communicate delivery status.
  • Technical Stakeholder Management – comfortable working with SAP architects, solution architects, developers, integration teams, infrastructure/cloud teams, security and other technical stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management – managing SAP implementation/support partners, external consultants, SOWs, deliverables, capacity, performance and commercial commitments.
  • Budget & Financial Management – responsibility for product/project budgets, forecasting, actuals, resource costs, vendor spend, financial risks and potentially CAPEX/OPEX or Change/Run allocation.
  • Roadmap & Release Management – coordinating product roadmap, release calendar, deployments, testing, cutover and business readiness.
  • Dependency Management – particularly important in SAP because changes frequently affect multiple systems, interfaces, business processes and other products.
  • Governance & Reporting – senior-level reporting on delivery, budget, risks, roadmap, dependencies and decisions required.
  • Agile / Hybrid Delivery – experience working with Agile teams while being able to manage traditional SAP project governance where necessary.
  • Leadership without direct authority – ability to drive Product Owners, vendors, architects, technical teams and business stakeholders toward common delivery outcomes.
  • fluency in English.
