Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Agile environments.
• Hands-on coordinator who switches hats and adapts to challenges.
• Proven ability to communicate value delivered by development and Scrum Master role.
• Experience driving improvements across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to challenge the status quo while following Scrum principles pragmatically.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and achieve sprint goals.
• Demonstrate the value delivered by teams and by the Scrum Master role.
• Improve processes across the wider organization with Product Owner and QA teams.
• Adapt approach pragmatically rather than rigidly following Scrum by the book.
• Coordinate day-to-day work and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and collaboration.
