Job summary

Software Mind Kraków is seeking a Scrum Master to join a cross‑functional team of Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters who are building innovative document management software to advance clinical research.

In this role you’ll coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, show the value delivered, and work with the PO, business, and other dev/QA teams to improve processes.

• Agile mindset and Scrum familiarity
• Experience leading or coaching Scrum teams
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and achieve sprint goals
• Demonstrate value delivered by teams and by your role
• Improve processes with PO, business, and dev/QA teams
• Adapt Scrum practices pragmatically rather than strictly following the book
• Coordinate day-to-day work and switch roles as needed (coach, Scrum Master, problem-solver)
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication
