Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to enable effective delivery through strong Agile practices, Jira governance and the pragmatic use of AI. You will coach the team, remove blockers and ensure agreed Ways of Working are applied.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Business Analysts, Product and stakeholders to lift delivery maturity and visibility. This Poland-based role requires proactive communication and a hands-on approach to ensure predictable sprints

Qualifications

• Hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with proven delivery experience.
• Expertise in Scrum, Agile practices and governance.
• Advanced Jira administration and JQL capabilities.
• Strong Confluence and knowledge-management skills.
• Confident communicator who can coach and align teams.
• Experience applying AI tools to improve reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate pre-planning technical alignment and capacity in Sprint commitments.
• Champion Ways of Working and set clear expectations.
• Ensure backlog readiness, delivery governance and release processes.
• Coach the team toward ownership and continuous improvement.
• Act as Jira SME with dashboards, permissions, roadmaps.
• Maintain Jira hygiene across tickets, statuses, links and dependencies.
• Use Jira data to improve transparency, identify risks and governance.
• Use AI to reduce admin and improve delivery insights.
• Maintain Confluence content and guide teams to processes.
• Communicate across Engineering, BA, Product and stakeholders.
• Coordinate delivery rhythm, ceremonies, holidays and capacity.

Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead - Jira & AI-enabled Delivery

We are looking for a hands-on Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to enable effective, predictable delivery through strong Agile practices, Jira governance and pragmatic use of AI.

You will bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, coach and challenge the team, remove blockers and ensure agreed Ways of Working are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily Scrums, Reviews and Retrospectives, aligned to the Scrum Guide and Scrum values.
• Coordinate pre-planning technical alignment and ensure capacity is reflected in Sprint commitments.
• Champion agreed Ways of Working, setting clear expectations and constructively challenging where standards are not met.
• Ensure backlog readiness, delivery governance and release processes are consistently followed.
• Coach the team towards greater ownership, maturity and continuous improvement.
• Act as a Jira SME, including advanced JQL, boards, workflows, roadmaps, dashboards, roles and permissions.
• Maintain strong Jira hygiene across ticket readiness, statuses, links and dependencies.
• Use Jira data to improve delivery transparency, identify risks and strengthen governance.
• Use AI to reduce administration and improve delivery insight, including weekly reporting, WDM monthly reporting and Jira governance checks.
• Identify practical opportunities to automate recurring activities, summarise information and surface risks and actions.
• Maintain high-quality Confluence content and help the team navigate relevant processes and standards, including GPUB and Data Clinic.
• Communicate clearly across Engineering, BA, Product and stakeholder groups, keeping risks, decisions and actions visible.
• Coordinate the team's delivery rhythm, including ceremonies, holidays, protection periods and capacity.

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead in a technology delivery environment.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery, with the ability to apply it pragmatically.
• Advanced Jira and JQL capability, with a strong governance mindset.
• Strong Confluence and knowledge-management skills.
• Confident communicator able to coach, challenge and drive alignment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve reporting, governance and delivery efficiency.
• Experience improving Ways of Working or delivery standards across teams is an advantage.
