Agile Coach – Hybrid (Kraków)

About the role
As an Agile Coach you will support squads in increasing their Agile maturity, coach them on ceremonies and practices, provide data‑driven insights, conduct maturity assessments, and ensure alignment with Kingfisher standards.
Responsibilities
- Coach squads to run Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
- Guide teams in following Kingfisher Agile processes, principles, tooling and frameworks
- Deliver targeted learning activities in response to leadership feedback
- Provide data and insights for continuous improvement and support business partnering sessions
- Facilitate introduction of new ways of working and grass‑roots improvement initiatives
- Ensure squad alignment with Technology Standards, Enterprise Processes, and identify capability gaps
- Conduct maturity assessments and recommend actions
- Contribute to the Agile Community of Practice and share industry knowledge
- Induct new team members into Agile at Kingfisher and build culture through performance coaching
- Support targeted ideation, improvement and innovation events across domains
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile practices
- Background coaching in a large, complex Agile organization
- Strong change‑management, stakeholder‑management and influencing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively
- Recognised Agile practice qualification (e.g., CSM, APMG, PMI-ACP)
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
