About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile practitioner who is passionate about enabling teams to perform at their best and continuously improve how they deliver value. In this role, you will support squads in increasing their Agile maturity and enhancing delivery outcomes. • Provide the squad with data and insights to enable them to continually improve. Coach the squad on how to use this reporting and data to improve.
  • Gather data and insight from the squad for use within business partnering sessions with Domain/Sub‑Domain Leadership.
  • Support squads to introduce new ways of working and support grass‑roots improvement in line with plans agreed by Domain and Sub‑Domain Leaders.
  • Provide assurance services at the squad level to understand alignment to Kingfisher Technology Standards and Principles, compliance with Enterprise Processes and to identify skill and capability gaps. Share data and insight to support identification of actions that could enable increased squad/team success.
  • Conduct maturity assessments to understand Agile maturity at the squad level and identify actions that could enable increased squad/team success.
  • Provide input to the Agile CoP, sharing insight and running sessions targeted to drive delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
