Job summary

Heineken Kraków's Digital & Technology Team is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to partner with leadership, drive transformation, and implement value‑based delivery across portfolios. You will lead cross‑functional teams, foster an Agile culture, and enable measurable business outcomes through SAFe/LeSS practices and modern DevOps.

The role focuses on strategy alignment, OKRs, and building high‑performing teams while promoting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in complex organisations.
  • experience working with Senior Leadership and driving transformation.
  • proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • strong coaching and stakeholder management skills.
  • experience in building high‑performing, outcome‑driven teams.
  • strong knowledge of Agile (incl. SAFe / LeSS).
  • experience with OKRs, product strategy and value‑based delivery.
  • knowledge of Flow Metrics, SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • ability to simplify complexity and solve real problems.
  • experience in data‑driven ways of working.
  • experience in global, multicultural environments.
  • familiarity with Jira / Confluence.
  • strong ownership, courage and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • applying Agile pragmatically, avoiding unnecessary complexity or overuse of frameworks
  • simplifying and clarifying ways of working, ensuring clear communication of purpose and value
  • building strong relationships and act as a connector across teams, functions and regions
  • promoting experimentation, fast feedback loops and continuous improvement
  • supporting DevOps culture, CI/CD and modern SDLC practices
  • educating employees at all levels on Agile and modern delivery practices
  • acting as a role model, embodying Agile mindset and principles

Agile Coach

Acts as a change ambassador and strategic partner, working closely with Senior Leadership to drive productivity, enable continuous improvement and ensure measurable business outcomes. This role operates within the Agile Way of Working team, connecting strategy, execution, and value delivery across portfolios. The Agile Coach acts as a connector and process improvement catalyst, focusing on optimisation, simplification, and global improvements. Agile Coach influences organisational culture, ways of working, and decision‑making at scale.

Agile Coach collaborates with Portfolio Owners, Leadership Teams and senior stakeholders to build high‑performing, outcome‑driven product organisations and maximise value delivery.

Your responsibilities would include:
  • acting as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting priority setting, decision alignment and organisational direction

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • experience in building high‑performing, outcome‑driven teams
